Vecno Cancellation Policy

At Vecno, we generally do not permit order cancellations except under special circumstances. In the rare cases where cancellations are accepted, a 10% cancellation fee will apply based on the purchase price. For any cancellation requests, please contact our customer support via support@vecno.lk or on Instagram @vecno.lk with your order reference ID. 

Cancellation Eligibility: 

We will allow cancellations only in the following cases: 

1️⃣ Authentication Delay: If we are unable to authenticate your product within 13 business days of your order. 

2️⃣ Authenticity Failure: If the item fails our authenticity check, a full cancellation and refund will be provided. 

3️⃣ No Cancellations After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible under any circumstances. 

When No Cancellation Fee Applies: 

1️⃣ If we fail to authenticate the product within 13 business days

2️⃣ If the product fails our authenticity check (full refund). 

3️⃣ If there’s an issue with the product that qualifies for a refund or exchange. 

When the Cancellation Fee Applies: 

🚫 If you want to cancel the order for personal reasons or without any valid justification as per the policy. 

No Cancellations After Shipping: 

Once the product has been shipped, no cancellations are allowed under any circumstances.
