General Exchange Guidelines

1️⃣ Exchange Report Period: Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product if you wish to request an exchange. 

2️⃣ Exchange Window: Exchanges are allowed for up to 20 days after placing the order. 

(For 50% payments, the 20-day count starts from your first payment date) 

3️⃣ Size Change Requests: If you want to change the size before receiving the product, you must inform us within 24 hours of making the payment. 

4️⃣ Exchange Fees: A fee applies for exchanges, up to LKR 8,000. 

5️⃣ Size Price Difference: If the new size is more expensive, you will need to pay the price difference. 

6️⃣ Exchange Availability: We strive to accommodate all requests, but please note we can’t guarantee every item will be eligible for exchange, nor can we promise a quick process. 

7️⃣ Exchange Cancellations: Exchanges may be canceled under certain circumstances. 

Note: If you purchased the item during a sale and the sale has ended, you’ll need to pay the current price for the new size.
