Reporting Damaged Items, Suspected Counterfeit, or Wrong Item/Size Delivered 

We offer refunds or Free exchanges only for the following cases: Damaged items, Suspected Counterfeit, or Wrong item/size delivered

  1. Timeframe for Reporting: Report damaged, counterfeit, or incorrect items within 2 days of receiving the item. 
  1. Integrity of Authentication Badge: Ensure the Vecno authentication badge/sticker remains intact. 
  1. Completeness: All original accessories (e.g., laces, tags) must be included. 
  1. Unworn Condition: The item should not have been worn. 
  1. Photo Documentation: Our team takes detailed photos during the authentication process to prevent fraud. 
  1. Matching Product: The received product must match the authenticated one. 

Requesting Compensation 

For any concerns, contact us on Instagram @vecno.lk or email return@vecno.lk with details of the issue. Cash on delivery is accepted for returning suspected counterfeit items. 

Vecno’s Review Process 

Upon receiving the product, a professional authenticator will conduct a thorough reevaluation. If the product does not meet our standards, full compensation will be provided. 

Further Evaluation by Third-Party Authenticator 

If necessary, we may engage a third-party authenticator for an impartial assessment: 

  • If Deemed Counterfeit or Damaged: Full compensation will be granted. 
  • If Confirmed Genuine/Correct: The item will be promptly returned to you.
